H-1B applications open soon

If you intend to apply for H-1B visa, get ready now! Prepare the required documents and correct application fee.  The US Citizenship and Immigration Services announce it will start accepting H-1B application for 2015 on Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

Remember that H-1B visa is subject to cap limitations. USCIS anticipates the cap might be met in the first few days, possibly by April 7.

H-1B visa is a non-immigrant US visa for foreign workers in specialty occupations including but not limited to architecture, engineering, biotechnology, mathematics, physics, chemistry, social sciences, education, law, the arts, medicine, etc. this visa allows foreign citizens to stay in the United States for 3 years with possibility of extension up to 6 years.
